How can I place an order?

We have various products available in our shop. You can find our best mouse pads under the 'Mouse Pads' category from our page navigation and our desk mats under the 'Desk Mats' category. 

Feel free to navigate and click on the design that you like then click 'Add to Cart.' You'll sure be instructed along the way on how to proceed with your order. 

How can I track my order? 

As soon as tracking details become available, you will receive an email with the tracking details and number.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Contact us immediately via our contact page or send us an email to amazingcreatures2020@gmail.com. Please describe your issue with a clear, high-quality image (required) showing the wrong item shipped and the shipping label. 

If it is proven that we made a mistake, we will not hesitate to resend the product again but you cannot opt to change your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Since our mouse pads and desk mats are made to order, we cannot cancel them once the fulfilment has begun. We can only advise that you request cancellations as soon as you can, within 24 hours. 

How many days will my orders be delivered?

Fulfilment of orders usually take 5-7 business days and shipping time is 10-15 days. Shipping time may vary based on location.

What are your mouse pads and desk mats made of?

 Our best mouse pads are perfect for workstations and are made of high-density neoprene with a smooth fabric layer. It is stain-resistant and are easy-to-clean. On the other hand, our desk mats are made with a rubber backing and a soft fabric polyester top.
